About Us.
Our mission is to empower Canadian youth as future leaders and changemakers through youth-led initiatives and cross-generational programs. By fostering civic participation, peer support, and inclusive leadership opportunities, we inspire them to become engaged, compassionate, and proactive contributors to their communities.

Through national forums on diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation; dynamic leadership development; and impactful community programs, we cultivate youth-led leadership, civic engagement, and cross-cultural dialogue. Together, we are building a generation of inclusive leaders committed to equity, social justice, and meaningful reconciliation across Canada—creating a more connected, equitable, and supportive society for all, including vulnerable populations.
